50/50
How perfect is your cut?
Pick an object. Drag one line across it. The moment you let go, 50/50 measures the two halves against each other and tells you exactly how close you came — to three decimal places.
WAAI GAMES — independent studio
Small one-rule games for iPhone. 3 you can play in the browser right now. 15+ more this month.
The wave
Three titles you can play today. 15+ more this month — each one a single mechanic taken seriously. Same studio, same rule, different game every time.

What we make
A game should ask you for one thing and then be completely honest about how well you did it.
If a game needs a tutorial, we have already lost. Cut it in half. Tap at five seconds. Jump.
Scores are measured, not awarded. Three decimal places is enough to keep you honest and enough to keep you playing.
No WAAI GAMES account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Progress stays on your device. 50/50’s Daily Cut leaderboard uses Apple Game Center — we do not run our own.

Five seconds. No clock.
Set a target — five seconds, or eleven, or twenty-three. Start it, and the clock disappears. Tap when you believe the time has run out. You find out how wrong you were in milliseconds.
One button. Keep running.
Rex runs on his own. All you do is jump. Cacti come, then they come faster, then they come in pairs, and the only thing that ever ends a run is you being early or late.

First release — one of many
How perfect is your cut?
The first title out of the studio. Same one-rule idea that the rest of the catalog is built on — this one just shipped first.

A circle, already halved. The whole game in one mark.

A cookie forgives a wobble. A donut punishes one, because the hole moves area away from the middle. Learning which shapes lie to your eye is the whole skill.
Your line is scored on true area on each side, not on where it crosses the center. Three decimal places, so there is always a better cut than the one you just made.
Attempts are limited and reset daily, which makes a good score worth keeping and a wasted line genuinely annoying. Your closest cut can land on the Daily Cut leaderboard.
XP, unlocked objects, personal settings, and non-leaderboard gameplay stay on your device. Daily Cut scores may be submitted to Apple Game Center. No WAAI GAMES account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.

About 50/50The studio

One-thumb games about getting it exactly right.
We are a small independent studio building for iPhone. 3 titles are playable now, and 15+ more land this month. Everything is built in-house — design, code, sound, and the maths that decides whether you were close enough.
Scope
Every game here is one mechanic taken seriously. That is a ceiling we chose, not a budget we ran into — a game you understand in three seconds has nowhere left to hide.
Data
No WAAI GAMES account, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking. Progress, XP, and settings stay on your device. 50/50’s Daily Cut leaderboard uses Apple Game Center — we do not operate our own leaderboard server.
Method
If a mechanic does not survive a browser prototype, it never becomes an app. Everything on this site you can play is the same code path we ship.
