Our games collect no personal data. They have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. They do not request your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and they transmit nothing to our servers. Everything you do in a WAAI GAMES app stays on your device.

The rest of this document says the same thing precisely, because a privacy policy that only says “we respect your privacy” tells you nothing.

WAAI GAMES is the games division of Webair AI LLC, a limited liability company formed in New York. Webair AI LLC is the operator of this website and the publisher of the apps described here, and is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

The table below is generated from the same source of truth we use to complete the App Privacy questionnaire in App Store Connect, so the two always agree. It covers all 3 titles in our catalog.

What “stored on your device only” means

Our games save your progress locally so the app remembers you between sessions. That data never leaves your phone, is not readable by us, and is not backed up to any server we operate. It is removed when you delete the app. If you use iCloud device backups, your backup may include this data under Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.

The privacy manifest

Each app ships an Apple privacy manifest declaring no collected data types and no tracking. This is enforced by the operating system, not merely promised here.

Games may offer a Share button for a score. Sharing is always something you start, and it hands your score to the standard iOS share sheet — the same system feature you use everywhere else on your phone. We do not see what you share or who you share it with. Whatever app you choose to share into handles that content under its own privacy policy.

What we do not use

• No cookies. We set none, so there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to.
• No analytics. We do not measure visits, sessions, or clicks.
• No advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you anywhere.
• No contact forms. Every contact route on this site is a plain email link.
• No third-party fonts or scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not reveal your IP address to anyone else.

Server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as our processor and provides hosting and content delivery. Like any web host, its servers automatically record standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and response status — for the limited purposes of delivering the site, maintaining security, and diagnosing faults. We do not use these logs to build profiles, and we do not combine them with any other data. They are retained for approximately 30 days and then deleted.

Our lawful basis for processing this limited technical data, where the GDPR applies, is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website.

Playing a game in your browser

Some games on this site are playable directly in the page. Those run entirely in your browser. Your inputs and scores are never transmitted to us. A demo may save a personal best in your browser’s local storage so it can greet you with it next time; that value stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser’s settings for site data.

If you write to us for support or about privacy, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it for exactly one thing: replying to you and resolving the issue. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside Webair AI LLC except where we are legally required to.

Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we have context if you write again, and then deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. We never have.
• We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.
• We do not require an account to play anything we make.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA; other states and countries provide similar protections.

These rights are unusually simple to satisfy here, because we hold almost nothing. In practice:

• Game data. We do not have it — it is on your device. To erase it completely, delete the app. We cannot access, export, or delete it for you, because we never received it.
• Browser demo scores. Clear your browser’s stored site data for this domain.
• Email correspondence. Write to privacy@waaigames.com and we will provide a copy of, correct, or delete what we hold.

To make a request, email privacy@waaigames.com from the address you contacted us with, and describe what you would like. We respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee, and we will not ask you to create an account to make a request. If you use an authorized agent, we may ask for reasonable proof of their authority. If we cannot verify that a request came from you, we will tell you why rather than guess.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.

Our games are rated 4+ and are suitable for a general audience, but they are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone of any age — including children. Because our apps collect no data at all, there is nothing for a parent to request deletion of. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to privacy@waaigames.com and we will delete it.

The strongest security measure available is not holding data, which is the approach we have taken. For the little we do handle — server logs and email — we rely on reputable providers, restrict access to the people who need it, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website.

We are based in the United States, and our host operates a global content delivery network, so the technical data described above may be processed on servers outside your country. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may add features in future that genuinely require data — Game Center leaderboards, crash reporting, cloud saves, analytics, in-app purchases, or advertising. We have not done so in any shipped app, and we have deliberately not written this policy as though we might, because a policy describing collection that is not happening is misleading.

If that changes, we will update this policy and the per-game table above before the feature reaches you, revise the effective date, and update the corresponding App Privacy declarations in App Store Connect. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it rather than assume it.

Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use our apps or this website after an update means the revised policy applies to you.
