Privacy Policy

Data handling differs by game. 50/50 uses Apple Game Center for its Daily Cut leaderboard; other titles currently collect no data. None of our games use analytics, advertising, or tracking, and none require a WAAI GAMES account. The table in Data practices in each game states exactly what each title does.

This website collects no personal data either. There are no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no contact forms. If you email us, we have your email — and that is the only way we would.

The rest of this document says the same thing precisely, because a privacy policy that only says “we respect your privacy” tells you nothing.

WAAI GAMES is the games division of Webair AI LLC, a limited liability company formed in New York. Webair AI LLC is the operator of this website and the publisher of the apps described here, and is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. The operating company also maintains a website at webair.ai.

Apple Game Center in 50/50

50/50 uses Apple Game Center to provide its Daily Cut leaderboard. When Game Center is available, the app submits your Daily Cut score to Apple and may retrieve Game Center player identifiers, display names, and leaderboard rankings for display in the app. This information is processed through Apple’s Game Center service and is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

WAAI GAMES does not operate its own account system or leaderboard server. We do not use Game Center information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or cross-app tracking. Progress, XP, unlocked objects, personal settings, and non-leaderboard gameplay data remain stored locally on the player’s device.

What “stored on your device only” means

Except for Daily Cut scores submitted to Apple Game Center in 50/50, our games save your progress locally so the app remembers you between sessions. That local data is not readable by us and is not backed up to any server we operate. It is removed when you delete the app. If you use iCloud device backups, your backup may include this data under Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.

The privacy manifest

Each app ships an Apple privacy manifest. None of our apps track you across other companies’ apps or websites. 50/50 discloses its use of Game Center in the App Privacy answers in App Store Connect, matching the table above.

Games may offer a Share button for a score. Sharing is always something you start, and it hands your score to the standard iOS share sheet — the same system feature you use everywhere else on your phone. We do not see what you share or who you share it with. Whatever app you choose to share into handles that content under its own privacy policy.

What we do not use

• No cookies. We set none, so there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to.
• No analytics. We do not measure visits, sessions, or clicks.
• No advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you anywhere.
• No contact forms. Every contact route on this site is a plain email link.
• No third-party fonts or scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not reveal your IP address to anyone else.

Server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as our processor and provides hosting and content delivery. Like any web host, its servers automatically record standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and response status — for the limited purposes of delivering the site, maintaining security, and diagnosing faults. We do not use these logs to build profiles, and we do not combine them with any other data. They are retained for approximately 30 days and then deleted.

Our lawful basis for processing this limited technical data, where the GDPR applies, is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website.

Playing a game in your browser

Some games on this site are playable directly in the page. Those run entirely in your browser. Your inputs and scores are never transmitted to us. A demo may save a personal best in your browser’s local storage so it can greet you with it next time; that value stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser’s settings for site data.

If you write to us for support or about privacy, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it for exactly one thing: replying to you and resolving the issue. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside Webair AI LLC except where we are legally required to.

Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we have context if you write again, and then deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. We never have.
• We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.
• We do not require an account to play anything we make.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA; other states and countries provide similar protections.

These rights are unusually simple to satisfy here, because we hold almost nothing. In practice:

• Game data. Local progress is on your device. To erase it completely, delete the app. We cannot access, export, or delete that local data for you, because we never received it. Daily Cut leaderboard information in 50/50 is processed by Apple Game Center; we do not operate a leaderboard server and cannot export or delete Game Center records. Manage Game Center data through your Apple ID and device settings.
• Browser demo scores. Clear your browser’s stored site data for this domain.
• Email correspondence. Write to privacy@waaigames.com and we will provide a copy of, correct, or delete what we hold.

To make a request, email privacy@waaigames.com from the address you contacted us with, and describe what you would like. We respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee, and we will not ask you to create an account to make a request. If you use an authorized agent, we may ask for reasonable proof of their authority. If we cannot verify that a request came from you, we will tell you why rather than guess.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.

Our games are rated 4+ and are suitable for a general audience, but they are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 50/50 may submit Daily Cut scores to Apple Game Center when Game Center is available; that information is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to privacy@waaigames.com and we will delete it.

The strongest security measure available is not holding data, which is the approach we have taken. For the little we do handle — server logs and email — we rely on reputable providers, restrict access to the people who need it, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website.

We are based in the United States, and our host operates a global content delivery network, so the technical data described above may be processed on servers outside your country. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may add features in future that genuinely require further data — crash reporting, cloud saves, analytics, in-app purchases, or advertising. We have deliberately not written this policy as though those things are already happening.

If that changes, we will update this policy and the per-game table above before the feature reaches you, revise the effective date, and update the corresponding App Privacy declarations in App Store Connect. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it rather than assume it.

Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use our apps or this website after an update means the revised policy applies to you.
